Appointments

Check-in

It is very important to call ahead when scheduling an appointment. However, we are aware that emergencies arise. We will attempt to accommodate your needs as quickly as possible in emergency situations. You may call 704-510-8000 between the hours of 7 a.m. and 4: 45 p.m. Monday through Friday to schedule your appointment. We require 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. A $25 fee may apply for any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours before your appointment time.

It is important to bring your insurance card and a list of your current medications to each appointment and to allow the staff time to copy your insurance cards and update any information in your chart.

New patients

Our clinic welcomes new patients. You may call 704-510-8000 between the hours of 7 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday to schedule your new patient appointment. We advise that you check with your insurance provider to make sure that our office is on your insurance plan. Most insurance companies provide a toll-free number on the member's card to assist you with that information. We ask that new patients arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled visit. You will be asked to complete a registration form and a history form. You must bring all insurance cards.

After hours support

We provide an after hours answering service for urgent medical problems. We ask that routine questions and non-emergency appointments be made during regular business hours and not after hours. If hospitalization is required, a team of in-hospital specialists will provide your care until you are discharged.

New family medicine hours

We are currently offering scheduled appointments in Family Medicine until 8:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. Please contact us at 704-510-8000 for availability.
